Returns and Exchanges Policy

All our products are covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee. So, if you are unhappy with any of our products, return the item(s) in their original unspoilt resalable condition, within 30 days for a full refund.

We strongly recommend that you send your package from the post office. You can then get a free certificate of postage which will ensure you have proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that we do not receive.

Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours. On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition.
